Open Table’s No Waste Cook Club is an interactive cooking experience to help people reduce their food waste at home.

100% of profits go back into our food relief program, helping improve food security for our community.

We offer a range of virtual and in person cooking sessions, with a focus on utilising food in innovative yet simple ways to reduce household food waste and explore sustainability themes including induction cooking.

The No Waste Cook Club offers a hands on, social and interactive cooking experience for small to medium groups, or educational demonstrations and webinars for larger groups. Our workshops are run by our expert facilitators and aim to inspire people on their journey to reducing food waste at home.

The No Waste Cook Club is perfect for:

  • Sustainability workshops for local council areas

  • Education sessions for schools

  • Team building and wellness activities for workplaces

  • Connection building for clubs and social groups

  • Trying something new with a group of friends and family

Our sessions are customisable so you can choose from our catalogue of zero-waste recipes and discussion topics to suit your group.

The best part is that every workshop directly benefits the community through Open Table’s weekly community lunches and food relief activities, with each session providing 40 meals for people in need.
